Processing Time

• Orders take 1-3 business days to process.
• This excludes weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery (South Africa): 2-5 working days
• Remote areas: 3-7 working days

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email/SMS.

Delivery Fees

Fees are calculated at checkout based on preference.

• R70 for 7-9 business days through Paxi
• R120 for 3-5 business days through Paxi
• R150 for 2-3 business days through Courier guy

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for:

• Failed deliveries
• Packages returned due to incorrect address

Any reshipment fees will be paid by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the courier marks your package as delivered, we cannot be held liable for theft or loss. Customers must follow up with the courier.
